why do you have his lights on all day and night?. Why two heat bulbs? The lights should be turned off at night. He has to sleep! It does not matter if he has MBD or not. He needs a day and night cycle. Who told you to leave the lights on 24/7, the vet? You say calcium with vitamin d3 "lately everyday" you should not be giving d3 everyday. Did you vet advise this also? If so, you might want to find a different one. What do you mean his tongue is hanging out? Can you post pictures please of your chameleon so we can what you are talking about? You told the vet his tongue is swollen and hanging out and is dryig up and he told you to bring him back in a couple of weeks? This does not sound right at all to me.

I'm sorry your guy is having so much trouble! I'm sure you will get a lot of help here. Keep working on it and listening to the advice here. :) You'll have a healthier cham for it! I wish I could help more, but I'm a new chameleon owner. Good luck!!! Pictures would help people help you definitely. :)

I agree with all of this, if this is what the vet has said don't ever return to this vet
