Maybe an experienced keeper can answer this...

Anyone know if i can breed Red Rudis with regular Rudis's?
and my red rudis has a very blue chin, purple eyelids, orange-ish, yellowish shade on his body and a thick tail.
please tell me it's sexing
?!!!!

Anilr, could you do all of us who care about our chams a favor and not mix regular and reds? We, or most of us, try to keep from mudding up what we are breeding. If you were sucessful and ever sold the offspring, you could mess up others, by thinking they bought a red. Not knowing if they breed a "red" from you to a real red, theymay not really be getting reds. That is very unfair to all who care what kind of chams we have. Just my opinion but I think a lot of people share it.

Also you aren't going to get better advice than Trace can give you so why would you ask????

I'm pretty sure he just doesnt want any accidental mating from them being housed together. And everyone on this forum, let alone this thread, is calm. You are reading the text in your head with a negative tone. He and everyone else is only trying to help you.
