max's german giant dragon picture for Juli,

Julie here is Max, my big boy. I forgot we have moved and changed computers several times. Sorry it took so long to find him. He is on about a 6" log. He is the largest dragon I have ever seen.

I think those guys are cool as hell and considering on getting one for my birthday or a green tree python don't know which one yet!!!

I sadly was never able to locate a lady anywhere max's size. He was very clear that he wanted a lady friend. He head bobbed any female he saw. I finally sold him to a person who raised German Giants. She needed a stud - I figured that was heaven for Max. He was so sweet and gentle, it was really really hard to sell max.

No Houdini dumped me and moved to my sister's in Missouri. Now the only dragon I have a rescue from the pet store here, which i may or may not be able to save. I call him pancake, which describes him perfectly.

I don't still have max's weight, but some reason I never track length (still don't). The last weight I have was 726 grams. I am not sure if that was him at full grown or not. His head covered the palm of my hand, if that type of measurement helps. And I do mean covered all of my palm.

Hmm i actually do the opposite i measure them not weigh them lol. My male has been going crazy he head bobs like every 5 seconds i think he tried to mate with the rock in his new tank at one point..

I doubt any of us could see Max, I sold him maybe 12 to 14 years ago. I would love to know he is still around but at 16 years - doubtful.
