Max is gone

Someone stole my Maximillion.... I am so sad I can hardly breath. Who could do such a thing? Take him from his home and from me. He didn't even hiss at me any more he was starting to enjoy being petted. He loved his tree and his window. We have his mister ordered. I am so lost without him.. I know that sounds silly but I stayed up with him around the clock when he was ill, Hand fed and watered him. Now he is just gone...I spent hours with him everyday. I am so sad...

OMG Max

Max is so going to get his head thumped. lol I just found him inside the coo coo clock. He climbed up the chains and into the little bird door. I was on a dog rescue that took me almost the whole day. The dogs were in pretty bad shape, and my father in law said the cable guy was here and in Max's room, I tore the room apart looked every where but in the clock and being a mom that panics I assumed the cable guy took my baby. Well shame on me for being so sure he was stolen... I forget what a little smuck he is about exploring. I even blamed my Yorkie for not protecting him from the cable guy. lol I am so bad. But I would still rather allow him to be a free ranger than lock him away I will just have to weather the panic....

It is something most of us have had happen. I had a cham that had a free range. His was a bedroom the was 14 x 16, with a lot trees, rope, branches, an 8' square cube supporting all his mister, lights, dripper, and several of his trees were connected to it. I panicked every time I could not locate him, sadly that was often. If Lenny did not want found, he was not found. But if I had food for him, he could appear like magic. Most days I saw him several times. He died over a year ago, and I still miss him every day. There will never be another cham in the bedroom. Lenny was wc and just would not accept a cage.

Glad you found him! I have to say that's the funniest place I've ever heard of a chameleon hiding!!!
