does it have to be a photograph? would a piece of chameleon art be eligible? I don't have a cham yet but a 50$ certificate to chameleons only would be awesome..

No stress if its not eligible, but think about the added interest of having some variation in the contest

This contest is for chameleon photos, but something that includes chameleon art might be a good idea for a future contest.

Comparing the original size of each image can help and is recommended. Photos should not only be judged by the chameleon displayed, but also on composition and image quality.

I agree and that is one of the reasons I usually limit the final entries to 16 images or less. Unfortunately, I was short on time last month and was unable to finish narrowing the entries down.
