Just read it carefully. The guy tries to hide them in his suitcase. The only thing I wonder were the low prices they mentioned. I even mean Naultinus and Hoplodactylus are more worth than this price

Apparently only one gecko was in his suitcase, the rest were in a package in his underwear. Must have been uncomfortable.
Makes me wonder how big were his underwear to fit a package with 8 compartments.
