You said you have a dripper, make sure that the water is dripping off of plants. Are you using tap water??? If so make sure it is treated with reptisafe...

The water does drip off leaves and branches. I do use tap water and I do not believe it neccessary to treat it as I have never done with all my reptiles and belive many others do not do it either :)

What is Reptisafe? I use tap water in my enclosure, never heard of this stuff or seen anyone else mention it before.

Its a tap conditioner that doesnt need to be used! sme people use it others dont. I have just checked a fresh urate that is alot whiter than usual but still has about a third orange colouring

Seems like he is making progress, did you change anything?

If you look in the Enclosures section, there are a lot of people who talk about the timing of their mister, usually I see 1 long mist in the morning, followed by shorter mists throughout the day.

He drunk more than usual earlier so suppose it will just take time! He is coming upto four years old now so I must be doing something right! Unfortunately the misting system I got here in the uk can only mist for a max of 2 minutes before needing a 10 minute cooling period!:(

In my opinion Reptisafe is another product that is sold to make money and it not really a necessity. Everyone's water is different so there are probably people who may need to condition the water in their particular area where they live. You can call your water dept and find out what your levels of chlorine and other concentrates and chemicals are. I say if I drink the water, and I am fine, then it is fine for my pets too. Just my opinion....

Sometimes it can help to stiumulate your cham to drink by giving him a shower.
To shower. plce him on a sturdy plant and then place them both in the shower. aim the shower head towards the wall and let the mist that bounces off the wall, land on him. leave him there for a good 20 minutes.
