Male Panther Tail Bulge?

Hey, I wanted you guys to check my panther’s tail bulge... I was thinking maybe a possible sperm plug issue? I’m not sure, I mated them a couple months ago , he never got my female pregnant. Mated them the first of April they did it about 2 times... she has yet to become gravid, doesn’t refuse him... I’ve read that impaction can cause him not to get her prego, I just want to get your guys opinion on this before I take him to the vet later today

That definitely doesn't look normal. I would be leaning towards an infection or abscess considering where it is. I would definitely that him in that's a vet appt.

Definitely not normal, way too large, not a sperm plug, probably an infection---vet time. Good luck!

mine has the same thing, not quite that big, but close, I didn't think it was anything unusual, he poops regularly and I find his sperm plugs in the enclosure as well. No other apparent issues, I just thought it was like human males, some have bigger "junk" than others??? should I be concerned?
