For some reason my ambilobe yoshi likes to climb up and down the screen and sometimes he slides to the bottom i am worried about him ripping out a nail is their a way to prevent this?

My veield was doing the same thing. I moved the vines around so that it surrounds the walls, always giving him the option to use those instead of climbing the wall.

Sounds good ill try it out im about to build a new cage if he keeps it up lol

I had the same problem as you, my chameleons nails became chipped, so I out plastic sheets on three sides of the enclosure except for the door, And then I put plant climbing frames over the sheets so he could climb on them

I had the same problem and did what BC did, stuck a bunch of plastic vines,
leaves, and wooden birdcage ladders on the inside wall using some tiny wire ties.
Problem solved

Plus I've found it helps retain humidity !
