Male or Female?

I have 2 female veiled chameleons but have never had one this small! Wanted a male and think this is but just wanted to know if anyone could tell for sure? He's so small i can't tell if it's just the way their back feet look when they are this young or if they are spurs.

From the second picture I say male as I see a spur. His foot is backwards though it serms
