Male or female veiled???

I know you are supposed to look for spurs but I'm having no luck. The petsmart I got it from says they are 99 percent sure it is a male but I am not seek g that damn spur! Any other opinions? I dont want a female
 
actually ended up taking her back after finding out its a female. LUCKILY i got the hook up on a ambilobe panther (either red or blue bar) Im pretty sure its a male according to the breeder but what do yall think?

Can you get a photo of him from the side, with the tail straight out? I can't really see anything with confidence in this one.
