how can you tell the difference between male and female panther chameleons?

this guy is already coloured up so it makes it very easy but you see that buldge at the base of his tail long lump kida thats his penis

Very male. Nice. Furcifer males have a hemipenal bulge at the tale. Like a long stretched bump right after the anus/genital opening. Females don't and their tail is very slender.
