Male Nosy Be Panther about3 to 4 months

I just put Little Vincent into a 36 by 18 by 18 cage because i read that is the cage he will need full grown and i wanted to put him in the bigger cage sooner so it is easer for him to adapt. I regulate the temperature so its aroung 72-81 with his basking spot at about 86. I am worried though because he became very docile in the 3 days hes been in the and all he does is sit literally right under the basking light. I am worried he might dehydrae because his humidity is supposed to be at 70 and if hes sitting right under the heat lamp hes probably losing alot of liquids. Do i have a reason to worry or am i just worried over nothing?

mine spends most his time chillen under the basking lamp also, unless my hand or the cup I use has food in it. Mine is healthy as they come as far as I can tell. I think they are just lazy.
