Male Nosy Be for Breeding

I live in southern California and have two 15 month old female Nosy Be's from Screameleons. Unfortunately, my male is too old and showing no interest in breeding with them.

If anyone has any suggestions or has a stud male let me know.

Thanks

Try introducing the male more often for short periods of time. He might gain interest some time in the future

Is he eating his normal amount? When mine lost interest in his girlfriend I discovered he had pin worms. We got rid of them and he was on the move with his lady again. You may try getting a fecal done, can't hurt:)

How old is the male? Is he a proven breeder? Are the females normally kept out of sight of the male?

Thanks for the advice.

Lance, he is 6 years old, he is proven but that was 3 years ago.

I have tried everything, I just think he is past his prime

Do as Lance recommended. Even at 3 yrs. old I would still think your male has plenty of breeding left in him. Like everything else dealing in chameleons, breeding takes time and patience. Introduce them for short periods of time. If the female is receptimve then the male will start bobbing his head once he is confortable with her.
