Thanks so much for the comments and feedback everyone...I'm really glad to see you liked the pics!
Kat77@: Awww, thank you, you too! I'll post some more pictures of her right now.
Chris@: Thanks for your identification help. You lost me a little bit on the Brookesia though, lol. Yeah, you're really fortunate to have gone on a Bill Love trip with only the two of you! If we accumulate enough frequent flyer miles, I'd love to back next year. Like you mentioned, all the animals are active in December and onward, but I heard it rains like you wouldn't believe, and that the bugs are unbearable. If I were to go back, is there any locations you would especially recommend?
meowmix450@: I was using a Canon Rebel XTi, as well as a Canon Powershot SD890 IS.
Here's the last batch of pictures. My sister has an underwater digi camera, so she'll be sending some diving pics to me that I may be able to post:
Little gold mantella
Tomato frog
Haha, my mom with a Leem.
Taken during the night
Little Elephant Ear when we were walking out to the car
Satanic Leaftail
This bird had the weirdest name. I think it was called a Kukurolla.
Little endemic treefrog
Me trying to get a good pic. Herman, our guide, in the background.
Attack!
Black-and-white Ruffed Lemurs
Calli and Tasha (the older dog)
Calli tearing down the sand dunes up at lake Michigan. My brother and I were at the very top racing her down. She won
