Lump in chams throat: help!

The other day I noticed a lump in my chameleons throat.
Is it anything serious???
It's got bigger and my cham has been pretty ill lately.

Do you mean between his shoulders on the underside of his throat...that's edema.

I think think that there is a bump under the jaw on the second picture.

I see it now...there can be calcium stored there but it doesn't look quite right for sure...it's asymmetrical to the other side. Not sure what it could be. Sorry.
