Lost Zulu

Well it isnt easy for me to say, still denying myself it happened But its true, Zulu is lost, more possibly stolen...It happened on august 11. I got home from work and my mom was there near his cage, yelling "Zulu is not here"
she later explained that when she arrived shortly before me that she saw Zulu's cage door open outside, my other cham(noseybe) is right next to it but he is still in his cage... At first i thought well he probably got out, so i been looking for him.............still no luck, day and night been looking....

then i thought what if he got snatched before making it to a tree, he did climb the fence before so its a possibility that someone could of got him, I live in Highland park, there are people who take things, its a given.

i still look whenever i can, i water the front yard everday routinely now maybe it might attract him.... im also keeping a close eye on here, craigslist, fauna, etc, maybe someone is selling him for some quick cash...idk what to think anymore

Its hitting me hard, but still hoping, well thats it, sorry for the long post, but i wanted to let people know,

if anyone happens to see a cham that clsoely resembles mine in the Los angeles area( i know pretty big), let me know,

here is the latest pic of him if anyone wants to compare

How horrible! I am so sorry :(

I will keep my eyes open on the internet classifieds just in case some one tries to sell him. Hopefully you find him.

I thought I was reading the title wrong and really wish I was :( if he is lost, then he is most likely out in the yard somewhere. You probably passed by him many times. I lost my first Cham for about 3 months and found him in my front yard doing just fine, he was skinny and dehydrated but doing well for being outside for 3 moths in blazing heat. However if he is stolen then words cannot describe what I would love to happen to the person that stole your Cham. But I really hope that's not the case. Good luck Ace.

:( Sorry to hear about Zulu. I almost lost my ambilobe earlier this summer (his name is Ace too) and I know what you are going through right now. Never give up! Praying for Zulu and send Ace the good juju.

 NO not ZULU! :( I'm so sorry! Keep trying and don't give up... Remember that it's hard to spot them in their cages even when they are right in your face. Look for him at night with a flash light, might be able to see him. Good luck!

sorry for the loss man, about 3 days ago I had my Jackson out in his hibiscus and, 15 minutes later he was gone but thankfully my backyard isn't too big and my search party found him in about 45 minutes (longest minutes of my life!). Best of luck to you though

OMG ACE! I am so happy for you! I am glad I finished the whole thread cause I was about to say how sorry I was! That is the greatest news ever. Now you gotta figure out how the cage door got opened and make sure to reinforce it so it doesn't happen again I guess!!! Man, you are SO lucky. He is such a beautiful chameleon. I was sick when I saw the post. What a great day it is!!!!:):):):):):):):):):)
