hi,
i just bought a jackson chameleon and like my last chameleon, i had put him on a small willow tree in my yard, but i totally forgot that i had left him outside for some natural sunshine and 7 hours had past before i had remembered.
I went to look at my reptile cage looking for him and remembered then that I had put him in the tree. I have been looking for him for 2 days and even tried squirting all the trees nearby with a hose to see if i could get him to move in hopes to spot him, but nothing. Do these chams generally stay on lower bushes or will the climb up high in a tall tree? I know he won't survive up here in ocala.fl during the winter, as it gets down in the teens sometimes. Any ideas of where to look for him?
