loose cricket...

whilst feeding Ringo this morning, a cricket saw his opportunity and made good his escape - lets just say the wife is less than impressed

My girlfriend has a bearded dragon, a gecko, and a chameleon and she still screams like something is trying to kill her when they jump in her direction when they get loose....

I figured she would be used to it by now but apparently not lol

I have a crested gecko, two leopard geckos, a blue diamond iguana, and a baby veiled. I've had my fair share of loose crickets. lol Don't worry I don't feed my iguana the crickets. ;)

A cricket escaped from the feeding cup at my place about 2 weeks ago. He made it into the wall behind the baseboard heater and has been chirping non stop since then. I looked up how long they can live without food/water and it's a month in some cases. I tried traps and lures. Pretty sure I'm going crazy enough to consider removing a section of wall to get at it.

No complaining of loose crickets! lol
I had over 200 escape my cricket bin! they were EVERYWHERE!!!
and most were the adults, who can chirp!!!!!
;)
