Just got a veil from him and he is beautiful. Mike seems busy so be persistent when reaching out to him. Once I ordered he came 2 days later. I found that email early in morning was easiest to get in touch with him. No doubt will order from them again. Checked reviews and all were positive
Which veiled did you get?

After my long trek through contacts I ended up talking with a couple amazing breeders. I highly suggest modern day dragons but since they didn't quite have what I was looking for, I ended up visiting with Tropical Chameleons on facebook! I'm still waiting for a couple more responses from people but it seems I will be purchasing a female from tropical chameleons.
If only some other breeders would respond a little faster! This search would be a lot easier.

I'm still looking at more ambanja breeders so please feel free to suggest any.

Once again, Modern Day Dragons- Awesome.
Tropical Chameleons- Super cool. Getting an F1.

Can't speak for anyone else, but as for me, I am a hobbyist and not a big business. I only sell when I need to make some room or when I am looking to make space for genetic variations. My schedule is totally dependent on the Chams I have at the moment. When they are ready, they are ready, and not before.

I realize that I'm not one of those you were waiting on, as I don't have Ambanja currently, but I was just thinking about how I would handle it if I were...

With the warmer weather I find myself spending most of my time either outside or working on projects, and little to no time for online activities. I like to think that I am a good communicator and willing to help anyone who asks, but for me it's all about priorities.

Family/pets>Friends IRL>Honey-Do list>Random BS>Navel Lint>......Internet.

Lots of breeders have other job besides breeding. Also they have sometimes 5 clutches hatching at once and can’t always respond right away. Just keep that in mind, they are only human and sometimes find what you want takes time and shouldn’t be rushed.

I understand, but after a few weeks of not responding I realize I would be uncomfortable depending on a breeder with low communication.

I take it back. Im not buying from Tropical Chameleons. I was looking to purchase a healthy female because I'm interested in breeding a line of healthy females. I asked for a picture of the dam and they avoided the question and then finally told me that they don't have a picture because they usually die after giving a clutch.
OOF
