Looking for a breeder of F. Minor or F. Lateralis

I cannot for the life of me find a breeder. I know of Frank Payne, but he doesn't have babies right now. Can anyone point me in the direction of who to contact? I've been trying to get one for over a year now with no luck.

I hope somebody is successful at keeping this beautiful species alive and breeding, fingers crossed for it's survival!! The slash and burn of it's environment, those people responsible should slash and burn themselves
