LLL to Canada or nearby

Has anyone had one of the larger LLL enclosures shipped to Canada? Could you provide me with the shipping cost (you can pm me if you want)?
I am close to the border, so shipping to North Dakota might be a cheaper option, depending on how much I spend on gas. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive to Grand Forks.
How long is the LLL sale on for?

It ended up costing me about $60! $45 to ship, and a $15 handing fee :S.
