LLL - live crickets

so i ordered 1000 crickets form LLL and they arrived today. Unfortunately, the box was damaged and had some openings and about 3/4 of the crickets escaped and there were some dead loss.

BUT...

LLL will be shipping me a new shipment of crickets so I'm happy. They were very helpful b/c I'm sure the damage came from FedEx but LLL was happy to make it right. Thanks LLL!

LLL is a great company. They have excellent costumer service. If any of you a debating on using LLL or not, use them. They will make sure you are satisfied with your order.

Yea I really do like LLL.
Their packing system could be better, like joshs frogs uses plastic boxes with holes in them.
But I really like LLL's customer service. Im always happy with them

Their cricket genetics are awesome as well. I always have a great cricket survival rate throughout the time I keep them before I feed them off.
