Littlefoot & Mr. Jack photo dumps

She's getting some turquoise blue pops! 🥰

Also, interestingly, not gaining weight? I even made sure to calibrate the scale before weighing her each time

There's been some talk about chams and their poop routine/preferences lately...

I present exhibit A:
20250930_133237(1).jpg

Date taken: September 30, 2025.

Culprit: Mr. Jack, of the species: jackson chameleon xantholophus. Roughly, 10 months old.

Scenario: Mr. Jack has been in my care since May 2025; and moved into his big boy cage on July 1, 2025. He's always wondered to the same place to drop a #2. Very rarely, even if I remove the brackets, will he poop anywhere else... 🤔

🤣

April 17, 2025 vs October 4, 2025.

PSA: Don't watch the tape, I was new and a noob. Don't use tape around your chams; it's foolish and very unsafe. Think about it... they're used as sticky traps to catch flies/undesirable rodents... Your cham can only get damaged from the adhesive from the tape, like a trap. Instead, invest in a hot glue gun and some glue sticks.

Today she hasn't gained too much weight, considering I just fed her to lure her into my hand... Sassy pants mode, initiate! 🤣🥰

Sometimes Littlefoot plays coy...

Then pops out like...

I start to wonder... Should I rename Littlefoot into Littlemiss sassy pants?

But then she sees the coveted prize... the long waited treat... and suddenly becomes oh so sweet. 🤣

I got the estimated age wrong 🤔🤦‍♀️. Littlefoot is not roughly 19mo, but the young ripe age of 15mos..

I'm also providing links to the other post about the revelations of Littlefoot and Mr. Jack; as I'll only be updating this post going forward. 💕

My misadventures of various pests in their cages: (gnats, thrips, mealybugs... I hope I caught them all!!!)

To misking, or not to mistking? I'll stick with the moistenland...

Thank y'all again for the support! G'night!
