Little flying bugs in my cage

I just wanted to know why i have these little flying bugs in my cage? I have cleaned the cage and got a new plant. To me they look like little fruit flies or nats. Please help? What can i do to get them out of the cage . Thanks. Before i got the new plant i have several little flying bugs in the old plant i had. What kind of chemical that can not harm my chameleon to get them out. Thanks
