Hey I'm a little confused.
So I can use repti sun light fixture with a 5.0 UVB bulb and a porcelain dome basking light 60w for my chameleon. What about ceramic bulb? And what do I do at night? Turn off the reptisun and replace the 60w with the ceramic?

If it's going to be extremely cold at night (possible where you are) then you might want to exchange the bulbs, but really, if you have the heat turned on in your house and keep it comfortable for YOU then your chameleon will be fine. The way I describe it is:

If your family can get up and go to the bathroom without bundling up in robes and putting on slippers, your chameleon is probably going to be okay.

If your house gets below 50 degrees at night, you might need extra heat for your chameleon.

The setup you have now is good. At night you dont need a ceramic bulb unless the room your chameleon is in gets below 60 degrees. Otherwise you don't need anything for the night. The chameleons need to heat bulbs off at night.
