ok once again im geting a 4 month nosy be chameleon i already have a basket light should i also get a day light and have them both on in the same time or is the basket light good enough??

You must have UVB. Zoomed Reptisun 5.0 flourescent tube-not a compact. You must also have a basking light. A plain old 60W or 75W lightbulb will work perfectly. You also need a thermometer to measure temps/

and a digital hydrometer. do research before you purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! temps for a baby panther should be 80-85 degrees. no higher.

Just get a cheap fixture at walmart and buy a reptisun bulb online and thats all youll need with your basking bulb

Like Julirs said, you need a UVB lamp. The best lamp you can find for our application is the Zoo Med Reptisun 5.0 linear tube lamp. Don't buy the CFL (screw in style) lamp.
