Will this lamp and these bulbs work for my chams heat lamp??

That looks like it should work, but I would highly recommend you look into a light fixture that has a dimmable switch. It's worth the extra $10 to be able to finely tune the temperature without having to raise and lower the bulb. That's at least my personal opinion
