Lighting (uvb)

Hi all-

Iwas just wingering how offten should tthe UVB bulb be changed. i've heard multiple responses: 1yr, 6mo, when it goes out. I just want the best for my Cham.

I change them every 6 months. I have worked with reptisuns and reptiglow. After a while the bulbs start decrease the amount of UVBs so there is not point leaving them there.

6 months is recommended, some bulbs claim to last longer.... But the uvb output can decrease even if the light hasn't burnt out.
