Those style are not recommended as they typically do not put out enough light - the best option is a T5 HO fixture with say, an Arcadia 6.0 bulb. This would be a linear bulb.
I see they don’t have the 6% in stock.

The problem with the screw in bulbs is they have no range or gradient. For chameleons we want a UV index/level of 3.0 at basking area with gradients so they aren’t always being blasted with uvb. The T5 with a 5.0 or 6% uvb bulb provides a UV index of around 3.0 approx 8-9” below it (and thru the screen). The screw in bulbs provide that level at only about 2-3” below it and then drops off to nothing after another inch or 2.
