Check your fogging line hose. Make sure it is not heating up from the heat lamp. You do not want bacteria growing in the line. The angle on your heat bulb looks a little too angled up. Might consider changing the fixture type so that it is not quite as wide of a base and you get a better angle.

Which is brighter—the JD or your basking light?
Your cham will most likely try to bask under the brightest, so the basking site may need to be adjusted to get both warmth and UVB. Chams don't need plant lights, so your positioning is good in that respect.
