This is the dome I have, it's great because it's dimmable so you can easily adjust to get correct temperature:

It doesn't. You just need a regular household incandescent bulb. I would get 60 watt and dim it if needed to get correct basking temp.

Yes, regular incandescent light bulb. Not LED. It needs to put out heat so regular household LEDs or CFLs won't work.
