Lighting and Misting questions

Hi everyone,
Im new to owning a chameleon and would love some advice. I have a Reptibreeze XL which is 24x24x48. I also have monsoon automatic mister. It has not been setup yet, but I was wondering for those who have auto misters and all screen cages, do you find that the walls of your home get all wet from the mister? I am going to set up the cage in a corner against a wall, but even with live plants in the cage, I'm concerned that the mister will make a mess. Anyone have this problem? Also what is the best way to collect water at the bottom of the cage so that it doesn't leak?

I believe most people wrap shower curtain around the sides against the walls or garbage bags, and for the bottom believe theres a tray you can buy however with a misting system you would prob have to rig up some sort of drainage system theres lots of threads with different ideas.

I use the mist king system.

I don't get any of the walls wet, and I keep my chams on the outer edges of the room.

I run 6 mister nozzles, and never had a wet wall issue.

I just aim the nozzles towards the plants, and the water drips into the pots.

any water that ends up on the bottom of the cage is never really an issue because its not a whole lot of it,

I have the same cage and a monsoon - I keep the nozzle pointed down and haven't had a problem. I try to direct the nozzle away from his basking spot, but onto the upper most leaves of the tallest live plant in there. This allows the water to trickle down the leaves.
I did have a monsoon misfire, however, and had to return it. I ran great for a couple of months and one day I came home and it had been going off and on all day (regardless of the setting) and emptied the entire reservoir. I had purchased and under-cage tray that the entire cage sits in and fortunately it was able to contain all the water (which evaporated over the next couple of days).
I would definitely make sure you have a water capture system in case of an over-watering mishap.
I do have another Monsoon now (they are good about taking returns and giving you a new unit) and so far so good.

I use the Raindome system from Aquazamp, which focus the water in a confined area, down onto the plants. Dry walls as well.
