Light your reptile quad light

Anyone have experience with the quad light from lightyourreptiles.com? When I built my enclosure I built the top to accept the T5 24 inch quad fixture from light your reptiles. Everything was great until it was time to replace a bulb. When replacing the bulbs the plastic fixture ends disintegrated when applying the slightest pressure necessary to replace the bulb. I emailed the company and was sent two replacement plastic end pieces (where the pins plug into). I had to splice the pieces myself, but did not mind. Today, I attempted to replace the two T5 daylight bulbs that recently blew out. The plastic end fixtures (where the pins plug into) disintegrated like the last time, but I noticed an additional problem. The two replacement bulbs (T5 daylight) have a slightly different spread on the pins. It appears the new bulbs do not fit the old fixture, even though the fixture is for T5 bulbs. The pins have a slightly wider spread on the new bulbs, making them impossible to install. Anyone else have problems with lightyourreptiles.com light fixtures, in particular the quad light? At this point I do not know what to do, I have a lot of money invested in fixture and bulbs, and I custom made my enclosure to accept the fixture. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have emailed the company and am awaiting their response.
