Light. Help!

New chameleon. New basking bulb. Turn it on....it blows! Little guy needs a light, reptile store closed. What do I do.?

house hold bulbs will do fine. how old is your chameleon? if he's young you can just use a 60watt house old bulb. i use a house hold bulb for my chameleon, and his basking temperature is around 90...

Like a regular household bulb.? Like one I put in a lamp.? And he is 2-3 months old. A vieled.

yup! like the ones you put in a lamp. not the coil "energy saver" ones cuz those ones don't give off heat.

an incandescent light will work

If you have a dimmer light fixture and put a energy bulb in it wont work. We keep flickering, thats wht mine did =/
