This is a picture of my sambava from Kammerflage. He was a little p.o.'d that I had just put him back in his cage! He always wants to be out! I am pretty sure he is Leo's bro!!! I got him in April and he was around 5 months old. the last bunch to be sired by Poncho. He is smaller than he actually looks I think.

He definitely must be Leo's bro! I can see the resemblance, and it looks like yours has a bit more coloration at this stage. Do you have any size measurements for him or his weight?

I sure don't! I was wondering how everyone weighed their chams and I saw you had that kitchen scale in one of the pics! Now I know! I will have to try and measure him and get back with you on that. Yes, he is starting to get some colors but just recently. He does not flare up and get mad too often, he is a pretty nice cham but I tell you he does not want to stay in his cage and we have a heck of a time getting him back in once he is out! It will be fun to share pics of them as they get older. I guess we are the last bunch of Poncho's offspring. So how long would you say Leo is then? I will try and measure him tomorrow so we can see how close they are in size. Like I said he looks bigger in the picture. I was close up when I took it.

I'm actually on vacation right now so I can't measure him til I get back later this week. I'm sure he's bigger since I left over a week ago.

I made it back from vacation and Leo is a much different cham now. He's got a lot more colors! Here are a few pics, the first one is how he looked when I got home (when he was sleeping).

I haven't weighed him yet, but I measured his svl to be about 5 3/4 inches. I find it not all that easy to get a good measure of svl with a cham that is trying to walk away, but it's in that range.

aw he looks great! I love their sleeping colors. I will post a pic of my cham's sleeping colors also. By the way his name is Romeo! Romeo and Leonardo...what a pair!!!! I see the resemblance too! i need to get one of those scales to weigh him. Mine seems a little bigger than yours I guess. He was stretched out and I just held up a tape measurer but it was close to 7 inches.
