Left eye Shut for 3 days now

Im no vet, but I doubt humidity would be causing the issue. Most here will say ditch the waterfall which I think you should too. Im guessing its something nutritional and with the correct husbandry and diet it should correct itself.

Your lighting needs to be 5.0 UVB I would go with tubes style its less intense to look at unless you already have the compact 5.0
Your basking light should be typical lightbulb not energy efficient kind. Depending on temps use a 40 watt or 60 watt for baby chameleon.
You also need to have it on a timer 12 hr cycles will work fine.

Ill add little bit more to this in a few.

I have lowered the basking temps substantially, instead of using a 75w ifrared, im now using a 50w nightbulb. My mid range temps are now high 70's, and basking low eighties. Im also using moss as substrate, is this acceptable, spagum exo terra moss

They need darkness for sleeping. Leave the light off at night.

oh yeah- told you that before
Hello, welcome

Also that 24/7 light needs to go- they like Darkness like you and me to sleep.

Yes, I have been, I meant I'm using that as his day basking light.

Just out of curiousity, what is the issue with the waterfalls?

And also I'm afraid he isn't getting enough to eat, where he has his eyes very scrunched al the time I can't really tell if he's been hunting the crickets at all.

water falls just are more work then good. They get nasty quick yes you can clean and change it everyday but that is adding to stressing out your little chameleon. Some don't mind you going in the cage everyday some do. Not to mention they maybe look ok in terrarium but they look cheap in large cages. Chameleons shouldn't be drinking out of them anyways since they should be misted and other means of hydration. So all in all they are just not good. Feeders get trapped in them, chameleons go poo in their too. Thats why I think waterfalls are just to much for nothing.
