Laying Bin

The care sheet on Chameleon Academy says it should be 5-6 inches.

I have a captive bred female, she drops them in random places. The breeder removes them and places them in a bucket with 6in of soil/sand mix a stick and a small heat source and they dig. My girl has never done that. After her 1st clutch of 11 eggs (which I wasn’t expecting because I was told she should not produce not being exposed to a male) I have been able to decrease her to produce no eggs or 3-4 at most. She’s almost 2 and has only had a few clutches. I think I’m lucky, I’m not sure that is the norm.
I would do at least 6in

I'm quite interested in this myself. My older brother used to keep wild carpet Chameleons; but, he lived in his own place while keeping them. I'd visit him, and was fascinated by them! Which, lead to me getting my own, other Chameleons, when I was ready to fully commit... But this was many years ago.

I've had the opportunity to get some captive bread... But, am waiting until I have my Jackson and vailed fully grown.

@kinyonga, I understand you may have had Furcifer campani; do you have anything to add?
