I did see her eat one cricket. I think she may have picked off a few actually. I made the sand pretty moist, will it stay good and moist enough for her over the next few days?

The sand should hold plenty of moisture for a few days, is it damp enough to hold a tunnel?

Most definitely. I made a little starter hole for her but she filled it up by moving around so much. I actually over watered it at first but I had drilled a very small drain hole in the bottom just incase I did manage that. Because I almost knew that I would end up doing so.
