Koopa possible burn or just shedding?

Hey CF,
So I get home today to check out Koop and notice on his back looks white. Im not sure if this is a burn or just a shed. Tell me what you guys think.....Sorry my camera sucks but i got the best pic i could

It looks like a shed to me, that's how mine looked right before a shed.. just my thoughts someone may say different than me
 
I would say he is just sheding..
It looks just like my cham when he sheds..
try a big nice misting session, so it fells off

I say shed because on your first pics you can see how he has a big wrinkle in his skin, they do that when their old skin is tight and pulling before shedding. Also, your leaves are very close to the light, and if it was really hot, they would be brown and crunchy. Shauna Garcia...Pet Detective;)

BTW, Koopa looks good, long time no see!
