Kohlrabi as a gutload ingredient?

Okay, so I know its random, but it's something that is frequently in my house, and I can never eat a full one by myself! If you aren't familiar with it, according to wiki it is a "low, stout cultivar of cabbage" - whatever that means. Really its just a vegetable that my family's always had, but I know not a lot of people use it often.

Superworms seem to enjoy it quite a bit, though crickets havent touched it next to carrots. :p

I know I'm supposed to limit cabbage as a wet gutload ingredient, but I was wondering if this applied to Kohlrabi as well? Opinions?
