So I found someone selling Kinyongia tavetana wich I have several questions how legitimate that is. I know tavetana is found in Kenya but primarily found in Tanzania, wixh is closed. It looks more like boehmei but wasn't sure if anyone with expirence with either could help. Don't have much interest in boehmei at the moment but anything found in Tanzania ill try and get my hands on. And yes I am aware of the difficulties that come with WC or FB.

I believe that is K Boehmei. I have K Boehmei that were sold to me as Tavetana. The difference is in the dorsal spikes, or lack thereof. K Boehmei have spikes about 1/3rd down their back (starting at the back of their head), whereas Tavetana do not.

I posted about my experience under the species index for these guys, including the conditions I keep them in. They need cooler temps, and overnight temp drops to 60 or so + overnight fogging.
