Yesterday was the 1st time that I let Maynard chill outside of his enclosure. He is sporting his new suit! (just shed on Tuesday) Handsome lil fellow!

He looks great!! What kind of plant is that he is on....is it an Oleander? I saw somewhere that those are toxic to chameleons.

It is in fact an oleander. I only placed him on there for the quick photo op. This is not in his cage or part of a free range. Thx for the info, I didn't realize this.

nice cham, looks like hes really enjoying the time outside

Yeah, no sooner than I brag about the weather we get our 1st cold spell. Lows in the 50's, highs in the upper 60's. He has been inside since I took those pix... :/

He's very pretty!

Just so everyone knows, oleander is toxic to humans (and other animals) as well. It has been used to poison/kill people.

Handsome fellow! FYI, I take my chameleons out when it's sunny and warm enough for me to sit in the sun without a jacket, which equates to ~ 55 and above. Mid to high 60's certainly isn't too cold for a panther cham to be outside for an hour or two.
