I have a large cage with a separator in the middle. On one side I currently have a male Veiled Chameleon. Can I keep a female Jackson Chameleon on the other side without problems?
As long as they are completely separated and cannot see each other this should be ok. Also, make sure that each side meets the minimum size requirement for each species as noted in the care sheets.
You'll have problems if they can see each other - plus the jackson needs more humidity and cooler temps- It would really depend on the total size of the cage you could put a cool mist humidifier on the side with the Jackson and use a low watt bulb with the Jackson and a higher watt with the Veiled.
