Kam is sick again :(

The mouth infection...was the area ever debrided/cleaned out or was she just put on antibiotics? Its possible if it wasn't cleaned out it could have travelled other places in her system.

I don't like it that you are seeing blood when she defecates or that she is straining. Do you have a substrate in the cage?

Her mouth was cleaned out and then she was on Baytril. That was back in October. The first vet I took her to was an idiot (it took 2 visits to get her mouth taken care of). I has a fecal done at the time and it was negative for anything. Would she have lived this long and still have an infection? She was on Metronidazole Benzoate in Feb as well.

There is no substrate in her cage. I gave her a little bit of fish oil last week to make sure she wasn't impacted and she's been pooping, just straining when she goes. The blood I've seen is fresh (like bright red) if that means anything. I've seen her drag her bum on branches too. I'm hoping the reptaid helps. What else can I have them check for if I take her back to the vet? The new vet didn't have any explanation for this in Feb when it first started. I figured it was parasites and the medicine helped but that's definitely not the issue now and she has the same symptoms again as she did in Feb :(

this is her cage (the bottom is an aquarium background over screen):
