Juvenile female refusing to bask?

She seems 100% healthy. But she doesnt like to bask under her heat lamp. i have 2 branches for her one is 90F the other is 80F. i recently just got her and her lights were all wrong. She didnt hhave basking lamp at all she had a double dome wit 1 florescent light and 1 UVB that wasnt working, plus a UVB strip that is so generic i have never seen or heard of it before it literally has no print on it anywhere.

is this something to worry about is it something i can correct or will she just have to get used to having a heat lamp? tell me what to do lol. she is only 4 months old


edit: this is not my first veiled i have a 3 year old male but i have never had a female or one this young before

I am no expert but I think female and juveniles (males and females) do not bask. If you have a basking light, the max temps under it should not exeed 80 to 85 until your cham reach about 8 months minimum. Your temps for a female adult shouldnt exeed 85 ether.
