I have a small container of Flukers Calcium with D3 and I just realized today that it has D3 in it because the price tag was over the D3 part. I have been givin this to Levi everyother feeding! I have also been giving him the Rep-cal calcium with D3 every other Saturday! Is it possible for a cham to overdose on the D3 at all. I have been giving this to him since May! I feel horrible. :(
Any suggestions on how to counteract any consequences from this??
I would appreciate any advice!

I had the same issue with a bearded dragon a while back, and he has grown up just fine. I think you will be ok, but I would def start switching over to NONE D3. Let us know :)

Oh I will be switching right away!! I guess it taught me the lesson of ALWAYs read the whole label and take price tags off of everything!

I made the same mistake and switched about a week ago. He had been on D3 for 1-2 months. FWIW, my guy looks great and is growing like a weed.

At least you caught it in time. How'd you figure it out??

I won an aution from TikiTiki's facebook that included all the supplements and I was checking all the expiration dates of all the supplements I had and for some reason I started picking at the price sticker and it was under that that stated WITH D3 !! Ugh I'm glad hes gonna be ok. Is it possible for a cham to get to much calcium though?

Too much calcium, while possible, isnt something to worry about (results of too much might result in weak muscles including cardiac effects and lack of appetite)
Too much D can have consequences (excess Vitamin D can result in ABSORPTION of bone, gular edema and/or mineralization of organs), but happily you've realized the situation and I dont think you will have done any major damage in a few months. Certainly stop providing it for a month or two (if it begins to need any, the UVB bulbs should be sufficient). Providing an increase in water availability never hurts.
