Just noticed this and i need advice

I noticed this about 3 days ago and im wondering if i should take him to the vet?
He is about 3 years old now and he seems very healthy except for his underside. Please tell me what i should do

The picture that you have posted looks to be the base of his tail, rather than his vent.

Does he seem uncomfortable, is he rubbing it on branches/vines?

Did it just appear or come on gradually?

ziggy i think it came on gradually but i didnt really notice til now, and no it doesnt seem like it bothers him, and its his vent for sure
