Those are some large hatchlings.

As opposed to? In the second pic you can see some crickets, those are pinheads.
The tube in the last one is a toilet roll core. They are probly 50mm including tail.

That's about the size of a crested hatchling, give or take. I really wish I could get my hands on some of these, but do I have the money? Nope LOL

Matt, ryans gecko is an N.Wheeleri from W.A. Cant beleive you guys have them, only a dozen or so in captivity here, being bred and sold at $2000 each!
Funny how the world has so many Aussie species, that Aussies cant or dont have.
Bit steep for milii's there, these guys will go to new homes at around $100 each.
