omg this roaches are amazing,so beautiful!damn im happy!anyway,i gave them an orange slice in 2 and smashed dog food,is that ok? I keep the at 80-85 f in total darkness!is the temp ok?waiting advices

Dog food is not so good, too much animal protein can easily give a Cham gout. I hope your Cham likes the Roaches as much as you do
